The apartment is endowed with its own spacious terrace (16 sqm) lit by the morning sun. From here, the view spans through the churches, rooftops and terraces of the area, all the way to old palaces and a courtyard with palms.
The terrace is complete with seating in Teak and is attached to one of the two bedrooms, other than the the bathroom (6,2 sqm) with newly-tiled walls. Both rooms are easily reached from the terrace through independent doors.
The bedroom facing the terrace (18,5 sqm), with corner windows, is paved in white marble and holds a comfortable boxspring bed (180 x200). The second bedroom (21,5 sqm) has a canopy bed (160 x200), newly-laid parquet and a working station in cherry wood in the Louis-Philippe-style. Both rooms are perfect for reading, writing and listening to music.
The apartment is ideal for 4 to 6 people. There are in total four sleeping places in three rooms for a maximum of 8 people.
The large living room (26 sqm) has four windows and hosts a fully equipped kitchen with island, gas stove, steam oven and coffe machine. The dining table (160 x 90) has six comfortable armchairs from Marktex. A seating unit in the Chesterfield-look with a three-seat couch (which can be transformed into a comfortable sofabed) finishes the ensamble with a Soundbar, Beamer, TV receiver, DVD Player and a screen.
WiFi is available. A stationary Soundbar and a mobile one can be accessed via Bluetooth to play music.
In the entrance (17 sqm) there is more storage room and a washing machine. Both living room and entrance are paved with black marble. Every windows is protected by mosquito nets. The whole apartment is finally equipped with a brand new A/C module.
Other than the bathroom there is a smaller gues-WC. A travel bed for babies and toddlers (up to 2,5 years) is also available. A number of toys for kids aged 3-6 is to be found in the larger bedroom.
Towels and bedsheets are included.
